About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate (0–2 years experience) who can support and

execute across performance marketing, SEO, and ASO. This is a hands-on role where

you’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive user acquisition and improve

organic visibility.

If you’re someone who likes numbers, experiments, and figuring out “why something

worked (or didn’t),” this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
  
  

Assist in the execution and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and

other channels

 Monitor campaign performance (CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify improvement

opportunities

 Support A/B testing of creatives, copies, and targeting strategies

 Track daily spends, budgets, and pacing vs targets

 Work with analytics tools (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.) to analyze user behavior and

funnel performance

• SEO Operations
  
  

 Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities

 Support creation and optimization of blog/content pages

 Track keyword rankings, traffic, and on-page improvements

 Assist with internal linking and basic technical SEO hygiene

 Write content and collaborate with other writers for SEO-driven content execution

• ASO (App Store Optimization)
  
  

 Support keyword optimization for Play Store / App Store listings

 Help improve conversion rates through better titles, descriptions, creatives

 Track app rankings, installs, and competitor benchmarks

 Assist in running ASO experiments (icons, screenshots, descriptions)

Requirements

 0–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing

 Strong interest in growth, marketing analytics, and experimentation

 Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets

 Basic understanding of marketing funnels (impressions → clicks → installs →

conversions)

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 High ownership mindset
