Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineers to support vehicle and mechanical component design projects. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers in developing 3D models, engineering drawings, and product development documentation for automotive and mobility applications.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong academic performance, good CAD skills, and a passion for automotive and mechanical design engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of automotive and mechanical components.
• Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and assemblies.
• Support engineering documentation, BOM preparation, and drawing releases.
• Participate in design reviews and engineering change activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, and quality.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Support prototype development and validation activities.
• Learn and follow product development and design processes.

• SolidWorks – Must

• Candidates must have a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in:
• 10th Standard (SSLC)
• 12th Standard (PUC/HSC/Diploma)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
• Internship or project experience in automotive or mechanical design will be an added advantage.
  

• Basic knowledge of vehicle packaging and product development processes.
• Exposure to EV components or automotive projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
