Job Description

Lead manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple plants / locations
Drive capacity utilization, productivity, cost optimization, and operational scalability
Build standardized systems, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across sites
Align manufacturing with business growth, expansion, and customer commitments
Own enterprise KPIs: OEE, yield, throughput, cost per unit, quality, and safety and Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead greenfield / brownfield expansions, commissioning, and production ramp-up
Drive Industry 4.0, process innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies
Ensure consistent quality systems across all plants and Drive regulatory, customer, and operational compliance and Build zero-defect and zero-harm culture
Lead Plant Heads / Site Leaders across locations

Education: Engineering degree required

Experience

20+ years in large-scale manufacturing
Proven multi-plant / cluster leadership experience
Strong exposure to high-volume, technology-driven manufacturing environments
Candidates should be working in Advanced Manufacturing ,Electronics, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor, Automotive and Precision Engineering sectors
