As a Manufacturing Functional Core - Senior Manager, you will lead and innovate within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for the financial services sector, particularly insurance. You will engage with clients to deliver strategic business application consulting, leveraging your skills to drive impactful results. As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects, applying sound judgment and strategic advising to navigate complex challenges. You will motivate and coach diverse teams, fostering an environment of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for clients in the financial services sector
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to drive successful ERP deployments
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate data flows and system interoperability
• Utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and SQL Server Data Tools to enhance system functionality and performance
• Overseeing business performance management initiatives to optimize operations and reduce downtime
• Guiding teams in continuous process improvement and delivery excellence
• Developing strategic ERP strategies to align with client business objectives
• Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster a culture of learning and development
• Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing technology consulting engagements
• Validating internal control consulting processes to maintain compliance and operational standards
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools
• Demonstrating expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
• Implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies
• Excelling in Continuous Process Improvement and Downtime Reduction
• Leading customization and development for client-specific solutions
• Driving delivery excellence in technology consulting projects
