As a Manufacturing Excellence - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing product development and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze product lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role involves mentoring others, maintaining professional and technical standards, and navigating complexity to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that partners with clients across diverse industries to address critical business challenges and drive transformation in how products are designed, engineered, and manufactured. You will contribute to strategic advisory and implementation services in areas such as Strategy & Operations, Digital Manufacturing, and Connected Products & Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with clients to streamline product development lifecycles and identify process bottlenecks
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
• Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and speed to market
• Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Managing project timelines and coordinating with stakeholders to validate successful execution
• Utilizing Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to drive throughput and reduce waste
• Supporting make-vs-buy decisions and evaluating outsourcing opportunities for contract manufacturing
• Providing guidance on preventive maintenance and asset reliability programs to optimize uptime
• Engaging in network optimization projects to enhance manufacturing footprint and supply chain efficiency
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Utilizing advanced skills in Manufacturing Strategy and Operations Management
• Excelling in project management for end-to-end implementations
• Engaging in network optimization and supply chain management projects
• Applying analytical thinking to manufacturing cost analysis and feasibility studies
• Embracing emerging technologies and digital manufacturing solutions
• Developing go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps for manufacturing clients
