Competency Overview
Strategy
Enterprise & Functional Strategy (EFS)

It helps clients holistically transform enterprise cost structures in accordance with corporate strategy by re-allocating spend from commodity capabilities toward differentiating capabilities. Key capabilities include cost baselining and analytics, benchmarking, opportunity identification, value realization strategies, process optimization, functional transformation (e.g., SG&A, Finance, HR, etc. functions), enterprise operating model design, and more.
