Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial activities of the company and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk to optimize the companys financial performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial efficiency.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Business Controller, or similar role for 5-10 years.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
