As a Manager - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC), you will lead and manage client service accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff within our Deals practice. You will be responsible for driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, and independently solving complex problems to develop quality deliverables. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate ambiguity, and uphold our quality standards while contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Deals practice, focusing on Commercial Diligence & Value Creation. You will play a visible role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Your ability to analyze and identify linkages within complex systems will be crucial in delivering value to our clients. You will also be expected to mentor junior staff, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations and contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of acquisition strategies to drive value creation for private equity clients
• Conducting comprehensive financial modeling and financial statement analysis to support deal strategy and decision-making
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and implementation of post-merger integration processes
• Collaborating with client teams to identify and capitalize on M&A strategy opportunities
• Utilizing strategic planning skills to enhance commercial diligence and value creation initiatives
• Overseeing the analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
• Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the deal lifecycle
• Promoting the adoption of innovative methodologies and tools to optimize deal outcomes
  
  

• At least an MBA degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
• Demonstrating proficiency in acquisition strategy and financial modeling
• Excelling in financial statement analysis and M&A strategy
• Utilizing strategic planning and post-merger integration skills
• Creating value through commercial diligence initiatives
• Managing client support in private equity value creation
