As a Manager - Deals - M&A Strategy (Human Capital), you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement workstreams within our Deals practice. You will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional client service, focusing on deal integration and value realization. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of delivering deal value, working closely with clients to realize their strategic goals. Responsibilities

• Leading M&A strategy initiatives and managing client engagements to drive value realization
• Guiding teams in the integration and optimization of business processes during post-merger activities
• Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic leadership to enhance operational performance management
• Conducting synergy analysis and providing operational advice to improve cost efficiency and reduction
• Overseeing HR due diligence and change management processes to support seamless transitions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
• Developing and implementing project management plans to achieve successful deal integration
• Facilitating market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for value creation
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
• Promoting a culture of embracing change and continuous improvement within the team
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
• Demonstrating strategic leadership in M&A strategy and operations
• Utilizing analytical thinking for synergy analysis and value creation
• Excelling in project management and post-merger integration
• Embracing change management and operational performance management
