Lead - Techno Functional

This role combines leadership, project management & technical depth with a strong understanding of AI technology and multiple enterprise systems. You will lead design, planning, and cross-functional execution for the building of Agentic AI solutions; serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are built and supported in alignment with enterprise goals and they deliver measurable value. You will work with teams handling Technology Platforms, AI Engineering, technical product design & business innovation.

You will be able to see the results of your efforts ripple throughout the company and our systems in real time. You will design systems, own your code, and your work will have a very direct, measurable impact on the core metrics of the organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Functional Leadership

Define and drive the functional roadmap for agentic AI initiatives across business domains.

Participate in AI Agent design discussions, contributing business context, functional logic, and user-centric perspectives.

Lead structured workshops to define As-Is and To-Be process landscapes, leveraging design thinking and process modeling.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure the build of scalable & compliant Agentic AI solutions.

Business Analysis & Product Ownership

Act as the owner for Agentic AI workflows, owning the backlog & delivery roadmap.

Translate operational insights into structured process maps, KPIs, and transformation goals.

Author functional requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development.

Agentic Process Design

Architect end-to-end agentic workflows for processes, including data ingestion, match logic, exception handling, and reconciliation.

Collaborate with AI/ML experts to define agent skills, autonomy levels, and decision boundaries.

People & Project Management

Serve as the primary liaison between business operations and technical teams to ensure alignment and value realization.

Manage and mentor a team of engineers

Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

Represent the Agentic AI team in leadership forums and cross-departmental planning sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work Closely With

• AI Engineers & Data Scientists – to define agent capabilities and validate performance
• Product Managers & UX Designers – to align features with user needs
• Enterprise Architects & DevOps Teams – to ensure scalability and deployment efficiency
• Business Stakeholders & SMEs – to define use cases and measure impact
• Change Management Teams – to support adoption and training
  
  

Pre-requisites For The Role (Skills, Work Experience)

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and people leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs
• Passion for enabling transformative AI solutions that drive business impact
  
  

And, while not necessarily an expert, you should have a good knowledge of some of the following platforms & technologies:

• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
• AI Concepts: LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, ML lifecycle
• AI Platforms: Microsoft AI Foundry (highly preferred), Azure ML or Copilot Studio
• Enterprise Systems: Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, SAP HANA, Salesforce,
