BMC is looking for a Web Front-End Tech Lead to join our experienced web development team

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMCs and your own success:

• Be an important contributor in an agile web development team, using the latest web technologies to develop the new front end for enterprise software, that is mission-critical with thousands of customers around the world.
• Design and develop features for an industry-leading SaaS Workload Automation product using modern front-end technologies.
• Work in an Agile methodology within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and produce high-quality features.
• Develop unit tests and component tests for each feature.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop joint features together.
• Provide high-quality support to our customers.
• Initiate projects and ideas to improve the team’s results
• On-board and mentor new employees
  
  

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day!
• You have at least 7 years of experience in web front-end development (TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS…)
• You worked with Angular, version 2+
• You have experience as a front-end Tech Lead
• You worked in a product-based company
• You are a self-learner who’s passionate about innovation
• You are a team player with good communications skills
  
  

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Working on Enterprise Applications
• Experience in writing unit tests and component tests

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 4,700,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of BMCs employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
