The Technical Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different UKG customers to meet their interfacing requirements with UKGs products in the Cloud environment. The interfacing requirements could be creating different kinds of output files using Boomi or importing vendor files into UKG. The Consultant should know about the HCM/WFM product and Dell Boomi integration knowledge which will assist in creating these customized solutions.

The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet established milestones and targeted completion dates. They will work remotely to implement and support UKG customers and work closely with the Onsite/Customer/Consultants to complete tasks assigned to them to complete integration implementations.

Other Responsibilities Will Include The Following Customer-related Tasks

Follow the defined methodology to provide the solution for Interfaces.

• Understanding the requirements of the customer.
• Preparing the design document or understanding the requirements as provided to them.
• Coding, testing, and deploying the interfaces.
• User Acceptance Testing support.
• Deploy and release to production environments if need be.
• Upgrading existing UKG customers porting the full-suite WFC customers and delivering it on the new UKG Dimensions platform. Overall, understanding of UKG solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution.
• The Consultant should show the flexibility for taking calls in the evening with the Clients. In certain scenarios, they will be required to support major releases and upgrades during US business hours.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10+ years of industry experience.
• Dell Boomi Atmosphere Certified Process Developer 1 or 2 (preferred
• Experience in working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge would be a plus.
• Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications.
• Experience using Data Hub (preferred)
• Domain knowledge of HCM/WFM is an additional advantage.
• Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems.
• Designed and developed integration using Boomi Atmosphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools.
• Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations.
• Experience working on Flat File, Json, XML, EDI Profiles.
• Java/Groovy Scripting experience would be preferred.
• Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good customer interfacing skills
