This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager




Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team through effective resource planning, capability building, goalsetting, and regular performance reviews to foster a learning and businessoriented culture.
• Oversee timely and accurate delivery of controlling and financial analysis, ensuring full compliance with ABB guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with business controllers to shape business performance by providing insights, consolidating data, and preparing clear presentations and recommendations.
• Drive the evolution and enhancement of the EICOS product, ensuring alignment with business needs, operational requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Power BI adoption across divisions by organizing practitioner groups, conducting training, and enabling consistent, businessaligned reporting standards.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and transparency of IS costs, including cost allocations across local organizations, supported by strong crossworkstream coordination.
• Champion standardization and process simplification through continuous improvement activities to optimize service delivery, supported by updated SOPs and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
• Build and sustain highperforming teams, nurturing safety, integrity, role clarity, and career development in line with ABB’s core values.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling. Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
• CA/CMA/CS/master’s degree in finance and accounting or business administration
• Proven people Leader who can manage individuals and teams through change, achieve objectives and drive results. Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
• Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks. Fluent in English and local language preferably.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills. Ability to guide team members and provide on the job coaching and training. Strong MS Office skills
