Responsibilities: - Pod Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4 senior iOS engineers; conduct code reviews and foster best practices. - Hands-on Development: Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) on critical features using SwiftUI and CoreData. - Architecture and Strategy: Lead the architectural roadmap, making pivotal decisions on tech stack upgrades and third-party integrations. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to ensure seamless feature delivery. Requirements: - 12+ years of professional experience in iOS development. - Expertise in SwiftUI, iOS, and CoreData. - Proven track record of leading mobile pods in aB2C/D2C startupenvironment. - Strong understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
