Job Position: Assurance L&D (Sr. Manager)
About The Role
PwC’s Learning & Development team is looking for an experienced L&D Leader who has strong experience and expertise in managing & executing end-to-end training lifecycle for our Assurance business. The individual would work closely with the Business Leaders, SME’s & Global L&D to design & manage all technical & domain related learning requirements across a few territories.
Position Requirements
Lead a team of L&D professionals effectively to deliver desired results
Would be accountable for overall planning of the domain up-skilling calendars and support faculty alignment for delivering volumes of inhouse training based on domain learning roadmaps while working with SMEs
Would engage with business leaders, Campus Recruitment teams to discuss future campus recruitment plans and plan the overall execution effectively.
Would work towards ensuring high employee experience for new hires during the training period
Would ensure that a robust mechanism of measuring training impact has been designed to track impact of campus trainings and as required provide necessary course corrections
Work closely with L&D Global strategists to ensure that best practices are adopted and aligned in India.

What You’ll Need
Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with calm and gain win-win outcomes-
Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
Understand stated and unstated needs to design learning solutions based for business based on stakeholder interactions
Work seamlessly in a matrixed environment balancing multiple stakeholders and their expectations
Should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning design and project management.
Drive the L&D brand within the organization by providing measurable learning outcomes
Drive a strong Global and Country alignment and operate with a boundaryless mindset while driving solutions
Strong networking skills with an ability to forge relationships with stakeholders and drive change
Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador.
Qualification
MBA / Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Overall experience of 12+ years in L&D and having managed new hire domain training at scale.
BFSI / Audit/Tax related domain training would be an advantage
