As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Quality & Compliance Requirements

  • Review process design and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, as/ when needed
  • Design the process using programs such as Visio, Word, Powerpoint
  • Execute Dip checks to ensure processes are working as expected

Collaborate with the teams for deliberation of any compliance requirement

  • Ensure timely submissions

Publish Compliance Dashboard on a monthly basis for the monitoring of the controls

Support Manager in the below activities

  • Understand L&D processes & related risks, assess the controls required to mitigate the risks
  • Periodical review of process & policy documents
  • Undertake dip check audits in L&D and identify risks
  • Prepare the Risk control Matrix for L&D for as per the Audit areas such as Quality, ISO etc
  • Publish periodic audit dashboards for L&D and AC leadership
  • Ensure actions plans are drawn and executed efficiently for any findings identified
  • Manage leadership interactions

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Capital, Learning & Development, Operations, Reporting, Compliance

Understanding L&D processes and audit concepts

Strong application and presence of mind

Should have strong attention to details, analytical skills

Should take ownership and responsibility of the deliverables end to end

Inclination and interest in compliance related matters

Ability to analyze, assess and independently drive and close matters, while taking complete ownership and responsibility, and being responsive

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including excel knowledge), Power Bi, Alteryx

Team player, dynamic, committed to providing high quality, responsibility and maintaining timeliness

Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal English

Demonstrate self motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
