As a Senior Manager, you will lead compliance engagement for AC India HC functions and lead audits end-to-end.

The following would be the key responsibilities covering AC India

  • Drive compliance engagement, manage audit cycles in response to the various functions that review the Human Capital function (other than QMSE, given its complexities)
  • Display a thorough understanding of risks, controls and audit across HC domain; partner with the HC teams to drive solutions
  • Liaison with HC functions on audit evidence gathering, tracking and representing the function in audits
  • Drive and execute compliance reviews - process, legal, technology, statutory compliance
  • Maintain risk registers, undertake risk assessment including root cause analysis and remediation planning
  • Conduct training sessions for HR teams on compliance, audit requirements and best practices
  • Timely release of audit calendar along with kick off and closure notices to function leadership
  • Lead team engagement, coaching and development
  • Maintain detailed records of audit findings and actions taken to ensure that there is continuous learning and risks are accordingly tagged for impact assessment

Skills:

Education/ qualifications: Postgraduate/Graduate degree preferred
