Job Title: Industry Solutions Innovation Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to support innovation initiatives across industries and regions and act as a liaison between BU and Innovation Centers. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our industry offerings by identifying emerging trends, fostering collaboration, and accelerating solution development across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary bridge between BUs and Innovation Centers to ensure alignment on industry priorities, innovation roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain pipeline reports for consumption across different innovation teams, practices, BUs and regions.
• Lead ideation and incubation of new solutions across multiple industries, leveraging emerging technologies and market insights.
• Design scalable, industry-specific solutions that address client challenges and align with our strategic goals.
• Collaborate with industry leads to define and evolve the portfolio of offerings, ensuring relevance and differentiation in the market.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and co-creation across geographies to accelerate innovation and reduce duplication.
• Work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are viable, impactful, and ready for deployment.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, client engagements, and internal strategy sessions to promote innovation and influence direction.
• Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
• Support client presentations, workshops, and orals with clear articulation of value propositions.
• Learn and adopt quickly to inform innovation initiatives across industry verticals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, IoT, cloud, edge computing, networking, IT/OT convergence etc.) and their application in industry contexts.
• Identify and integrate industry-specific accelerators, frameworks, and IP into proposals.
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and playbooks for industry solutioning.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, industry consulting, or innovation leadership roles.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, digital twins, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup).
• Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-region solutions.
• Deep understanding of industry trends across sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, telecom, energy, and retail.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into actionable solution roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global organizations with matrixed structures is a plus.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams across geographies, timezones and service lines.
