As a Hyper Automation (UiPath) Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting delivery teams to achieve client objectives. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of managed services by assisting in the transition and operation of client processes
• Engaging in the design and development of automation frameworks to enhance service efficiency
• Participating in the continuous improvement of managed services processes, tools, and services
• Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize operational performance and manage delivery risks
• Utilizing project management skills to plan and execute deliverables within budgetary constraints
• Applying business process automation techniques to streamline client operations and reduce costs
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
• Assisting in the development and implementation of workflow automation solutions
• Gathering and analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for service enhancements
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support service level management and delivery excellence
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Excelling in automation framework design and development
• Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation (BPA)
• Utilizing operational performance management (OPM) techniques
• Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Applying intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems
