HR Operations Executive

As our HR Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experience and driving core HR functions from the ground up , all while having a great time with a collaborative and passionate team!

What will you be doing?

Be The HR Rockstar Behind The Scenes

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, employee records, exit formalities, and everything in between.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day processes that keep the team ticking happily and efficiently.
  
  

• Assist in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Be the friendly face candidates remember from their hiring journey.
  
  

• Help plan and execute fun team bonding activities, events, and engagement initiatives. Yes, we take our fun seriously!
• Support a positive and inclusive workplace vibe where people feel valued and connected.
  
  

• Work with our external partners and internal teams to ensure all HR compliances, payrolls, and policies are on track and up-to-date.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR operations (internships count too!).
• On-site availability: This is a Work From Office role – we’d love to have you with us in our Bangalore HQ.
