Overview

Join our multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers working on offshore projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience with a world-renowned consultancy.

Your role

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering and Mastersin Transportation Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • 8–12 years of experience in consultancy, focused on highways and related features.
  • Proficient in Open Roads Design, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with TAC, AASHTO, and DMRB standards.
  • Experience in implementing quality standards and procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French is desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering highway projects.
  • Ability to lead and guide a small team in project delivery.

About You

  • Design and check various elements of highway projects.
  • Supervise designers and drafting staff on a project basis.
  • Maintain technical quality standards and mentor junior designers.
  • Deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
  • Liaise with clients based in Canada, US, UK, and the Middle East in a responsive and client-focused manner.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Capable of leading a small team.
  • Proven record of technical achievement and client satisfaction in the highways and bridges industry.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers.
  • Skilled in building excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Experienced in using written and spoken English in a business environment.
