As a Guidewire Portal Developer- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Guidewire software solutions for the insurance industry, helping businesses streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring of Guidewire Portal.
• Integrating Guidewire applications with existing systems to streamline data exchange and process automation
• Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Guidewire technology to improve customer experiences
• Participating in system development and software development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical challenges and best practices
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Guidewire advancements and industry trends
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Hands on experience in Guidewire products Portal backend & frontend.
• Well versed in one of streams – Configuration.
• Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model).
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex insurance technology challenges
• Excelling in software development methodologies for Guidewire solutions
• Integrating Guidewire software with other systems for seamless operations
• Embracing change and adapting to evolving technology landscapes
• Developing innovative solutions for insurance sector technology transformation
