Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to create a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for guests at our premium Turkish fine-dining restaurant. The role will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure smooth coordination throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest seating efficiently.
• Understand guest preferences and provide personalized service.
• Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to the restaurant experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, Turkish cuisine, and restaurant offerings.
• Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain guest records and build strong relationships with regular guests.
• Assist in managing special occasions, VIP guests, and private dining requirements.
• Support the team in maintaining the restaurant's premium ambience and service standards.
• Encourage guest feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
  
  

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Host/Hostess, or Fine-Dining Restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a warm and confident approach.
• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of fine-dining service and hospitality etiquette.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple guests and situations calmly.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
