Job Description

Xoxoday is looking for a Growth Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale partner co-marketing engine. In this role, you will collaborate with resellers and technology partners to drive joint campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives. You’ll create strategic marketing programs that not only elevate brand visibility but also generate qualified leads and pipeline. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strategic thinking, executional excellence, and strong partner collaboration.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs including webinars, events, email sequences, landing pages, and nurture tracks with strategic partners.
  • Create joint collateral and sales enablement assets such as case studies, one-pagers, and solution briefs tailored to partner segments.
  • Drive and track partner-sourced pipeline by aligning campaign goals with lead-sharing workflows and CRM-based attribution models.
  • Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies by aligning with partner, sales, and product teams on shared initiatives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns by using data to assess ROI of partner campaigns, report outcomes, and scale high-performing motions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with focused on partner or channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of co-marketing motions, partner ecosystems (resellers, tech integrations, marketplaces), and campaign operations.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution across content, digital, events, and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools (HubSpot, PartnerStack, etc.) and performance tracking.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills to navigate cross-functional environments.
