Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements that align with brand guidelines.

Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create design concepts that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.

AI-Enhanced Design: Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative AI for visuals, layout suggestions, and creative ideation) to accelerate design workflows and explore innovative creative solutions.

Layout and Composition: Create layouts that optimize user experience and enhance visual storytelling across digital platforms.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and voice while adhering to project specifications and timelines.

Graphic Optimization: Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital formats, ensuring high quality across devices and platforms.

Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on client and team feedback to refine and improve final outputs.

Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, AI design tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve creative output.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
