The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you will create engaging graphics and eLearning content that enhances learning experiences. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with instructional designers and project teams, allowing you to build meaningful connections and grow your personal brand in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics and eLearning materials
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance learning experiences
  • Contribute to project tasks while developing technical skills
  • Build relationships within project teams to foster collaboration
  • Engage in research to support content development
  • Adapt to feedback and iterate on design concepts
  • Uphold professional standards in deliverables
  • Utilize various tools and methodologies to solve design challenges

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • eLearning Developer with graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
  • Excelling in creating accessibility-compliant designs
  • Collaborating with Instructional Designers for final design
  • Utilizing agile practices for real-time development
  • Demonstrating ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Maintaining project documentation and course folders
  • Testing course functionality across devices
  • Applying brand guidelines in design work
