The Google Workspace Admin role (6–8 years of experience) focuses on resolving end‑user GWS issues through ServiceNow (SNOW). Responsibilities include managing and resolving tickets, troubleshooting Gmail issues such as missing or undelivered emails, handling Drive and Editor access issues, Shared Drives, file ownership transfers, and file recovery. The role also involves resolving Calendar, Chrome, and Sites‑related issues, including ownership and access management. Additionally, the admin participates in daily team calls, weekly reviews with Service Owners, and directly supports users via Google Meet by guiding them on effective use and configuration of Google Workspace tools.
