Google Cloud Platform Solutions Leader

About The Role

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a GCP Solutions Leader to drive hyperscaler cloud growth, strengthen Google Cloud partnership tiers, and lead strategic solution initiatives. This role will define the GCP business strategy, expand revenue opportunities, and work closely with pre‑sales, delivery, engineering, marketing, and analyst relations teams

Principal Responsibilities

• Leads the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Solutions program and initiatives that may be global in nature.
• Defines the strategy and growth plan for business associated with the hyperscaler.
• Drives revenue expansion across new business and existing accounts.
• Advances hyperscaler partnership levels/tiers.
• Advances pre-sales collateral and supporting material.
• Educates and trains pre-sales teams on the solution, offering, capabilities, partnership, etc.
• Operates across delivery and engineering enabling a future-state operating and service model.
• Supports GTM and pre-sales client conversations.
• Supports Marketing in advancing our market presence.
• Supports Analyst Relations in promoting our hyperscaler business.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with executives in client organizations.
• Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles related to solution development, client service and project management.
• Assists leadership in developing expertise and capabilities within the Solutions Architecture organization.
• Applies deep understanding of industry / target market trends and client needs to identify and propose out-of-scope or new opportunities to leverage and/or drive innovation for company products and services.
  
  

Critical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GCP, hyperscaler ecosystems, and cloud GTM strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across pre‑sales, delivery, engineering, and marketing.
• Strong communication, executive engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Innovative mindset with experience developing new solution ideas and frameworks.
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering from a reputed institute (Master’s / MBA preferred).
• Experience: 12–15+ years of experience with extensive Cloud architecture experience and 8+ years in GCP solutions
• GCP certification is required.
• Proven experience working in cloud-focused solution leadership roles.
• Strong track record of influencing strategic direction and building senior client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale cloud capabilities across an organization.
