Job Description
- Primary skills:Technology->Finacle-Core-Payments->Excess Management->Advance
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on GCP aligned with business and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cloud-native designs and implementation plans.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across GCP services (compute, storage, networking, databases, IAM, monitoring) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and enforce best practices for GCP usage, including security, compliance, cost optimization, performance, and reliability.
- Review solution designs, code, and infrastructure configurations to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in GCP environments and drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
- Mentor and guide team members on GCP concepts, patterns, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to reusable templates, reference architectures, and automation to accelerate GCP adoption across teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan migrations, modernizations, and optimizations of existing workloads to GCP.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, design proposals, and status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
