Role: Python Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Full-Stack Python Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust applications, implementing server-side logic, and crafting user-facing elements. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in managing the codebase, enforcing procedures, and ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of our software.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and related technologies.
• Compose efficient, reusable, and scalable backend services and APIs by employing Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Partner with designers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly with server-side logic through JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations using relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
• Lead efforts to maintain code quality, organization, and automation, including conducting rigorous code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and implementing guidelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best coding practices, development patterns, and code quality.
• Effectively administer the codebase through the use of version control systems like Git, encompassing branching techniques, pull requests, and release oversight.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including writing tests, debugging, and solving technical issues.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Overall Experience of 7-12yrs. with atleast 5+yrs. in Python and 2yrs. in React.js. This is a backend heavy role.
• Development Experience: A successful background as a Python Developer handling both front-end and back-end tasks, involved in every phase of software development.
• Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with major frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Front-End Expertise: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Database Experience: Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Git Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Git, including complex branching and merging workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Team Collaboration: Good communication and teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively in an Agile environment.
  
  

"Nice-to-have" skills

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience with microservices architecture.
