Responsibilities: - Design: Draw the blueprints (HLD/LLD) for complex systems. - Code: Stay hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Lead: Manage and mentor a team of engineers to hit high standards. - Innovate: Use AI tools like Cursor and Claude to speed up development. - Optimize: Fix performance bottlenecks and handle multithreading challenges. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Java development. - Expert skills in Spring Boot and Microservices. - Strong grip on Multithreading and Cloud environments. - Experience leading and handling a technical team. - The ability to join us immediately.
