Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations while providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective fund management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxes, and audits
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Manage payroll processing and expense tracking
• Improve financial processes and implement cost-control measures
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
