Finance And Account Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on receivables
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or ERP systems)
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
