FandB Executive Fine - Dining Restaurant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B Executive to support the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining premium service standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and delivering a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Supervise and guide the service team during restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor stock levels of restaurant supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure all company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintain the restaurant's premium ambiance and operational excellence.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and guest handling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
