Microsoft Fabric

• Leads delivery of Microsoft Fabric solutions, defines architecture, and manages teams and client relationships.
• Define data architecture and solution design using Microsoft Fabric
• Lead large-scale data transformation and migration projects
• Oversee development of enterprise-grade data platforms
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Drive performance optimization and cost management
• Manage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor teams (Associates & Senior Associates)
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution demos
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Deep expertise in:
• Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (end-to-end) , Pyspark
• Data architecture and enterprise data platforms
• Strong leadership in:

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, or MBA preferred
• Demonstrating hands-on experience in Cloud Analytics
• Leading large-scale transformation programs in Cloud
• Designing and deploying data pipelines using Azure Data Services
• Architecting PySpark Notebooks for large-scale datasets
• Engaging with business stakeholders for technical solutions
• Possessing business/domain knowledge in Financial Services or Healthcare
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
