Skills & Responsibilities

The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge or success in supporting large teams through the design and implementation of changes to strategy and operations:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of client organizations, including their industry, competitors, and market trends.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather information and insights.
• Support RFP and Proposal response building. Work on Firm Reinvestment activities and support

• Analyze data to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals.
• Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in technology strategy consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using various analytical tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -
  
  

Demonstrated experience developing winning proposals

• Ability to develop the approach, pricing structure, and team for a proposal
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – Technology and Management (Business Administration)
  
  

Specialization Preferred

• 3-8 years relevant experience preferably in Digital and Technology in consulting industries
• Certifications relevant to any of the following or more areas -
  
  

▪ Cloud-based service providers like AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.

▪ TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT certification
