The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Organizational Design team you will help clients address workforce and organizational challenges through innovative solutions. As an Associate you will support client delivery across key Organization & Talent priorities while developing your analytical and communication skills. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to impactful transformation initiatives.

What You Must Have

  • Masters Degree in Human Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology
  • 2 years of experience in Consulting
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study preferred
  • Certifications in Human Resources or Talent Management/Development preferred
  • Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
  • Interest in upskilling for a digital world
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
