• Advising clients to develop Integration / Divestiture Strategy

Job Description

• Pre-Deal
• Support IT due diligence by collecting and analyzing infrastructure and application data.
• Assist in preparing IT cost models and TSA-related inputs.
• Post-Deal
• Contribute to IT Infrastructure separation/integration execution.
• Support application inventory, access management, and migration tracking.
• Maintain trackers, status reports, and escalation/RAID logs.
  
  

Core responsibilities as an Associate would entail (but not limited to)

Responsibilities

As part of the team, youll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively support the team across the deal spectrum (Due Diligence, Integration, Separation, Post-deal)
• Plan and develop technology restructuring strategy for integration and separation projects and deliverables, including Day One readiness planning, business process and systems integration and separation, and dependency and risk management
• Collaborate with client executives to oversee and advise them during transaction execution
• Advise clients for their post-M&A future state strategy through Digital Transformation
• Develop financial models for synergy savings, one-time costs, stranded costs for separation and integration
• Recommend enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry leading practices and past experiences
• Recommend technology restructuring considerations (transformation, integration, separation, or carve-out) across key Tech strategy pillars
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help capture pportunities of new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
