About The Role:
Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, secure and in line with workplace safety requirements & Housekeeping upkeep perspective.
Handling calls at reception and EPBAX management.
Managing all incoming calls and direct it to the respective departments/stake holders.
Maintaining all the front desk records and registers (visitor log, Issual of badges as per the RBD Ferns Icon security process).
Maintaining all contractors’ registers (In and out, attendance etc.)
Handing client visits/arrangements in coordination with facility teams.
Monitor conference room bookings and coordinate meeting rooms’ setup for specific requests during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.
Coordination with vendor for food and beverage supplies during client/team meetings.
Ensuring effective organizing of Meetings/Events.
Greet and guide visitors / clients, informing staffs of their arrival.
Maintain visitors/contractors’ registration.
Meeting room/conference room booking and arrangement in coordination with support team for RBD Ferns Icon visitors/clients.
Handle and redirect incoming calls as required.
