As an ERP Technical Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's strategy of aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role involves deploying and optimizing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to meet the unique needs of various industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to manage complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. Your role will involve navigating complex situations, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and growing your personal brand. You will also be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

Responsibilities

• Leading the deployment and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions across finance, operations, and supply chain functions
• Collaborating with clients to transform their technology landscape using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Managing data integration and customization processes to meet unique business needs within the insurance sector
• Utilizing analytical thinking to extract insights from industry trends and inform strategic decision-making
• Guiding teams in project management tracking and delivery excellence to achieve business continuity
• Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance system interoperability and reduce downtime
• Reviewing work for quality and accuracy, confirming alignment with business performance management standards
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support enterprise resource planning initiatives
• Embracing change and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP Software
• Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for data integration
• Implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies
• Excelling in customization and development for ERP solutions
