ERP Functional SCM - Senior Associate

This will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As the functional consultant, you will initially support the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM / Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). This role will be the liaison between the business team members and the technical D365 team and will eventually cover post-Go-Live support for the continued operations of D365 by eliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements (BRDs); facilitating and documenting system design and procedures, testing new and existing functionality, documenting issues, executing test cases and preparing procedures (SOPs) and training material.

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Proven experience with end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
• Familiarity with Microsoft platform and coding standards
• Understanding of software development lifecycles
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integration
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
• Collaborating effectively across diverse teams
• Understanding of Microsoft’s coding and design practices
• MB-300, MB-500 certifications
