Youll Get To
Engage with target customers and business operations teams to develop a keen understanding of customer goals and challenges
Own delivery of products, services and enhancements according to the product roadmap
Act as Product Owner on agile development teams, writing user stories and prioritizing backlog items
Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define features, balancing customer needs with technical and operational constraints, and plan release timelines.
Drive launch readiness across cross-functional teams including business operations, engineering, and other cross-functional teams as applicable.
Communicate product plans, release updates, and value propositions to internal stakeholders.
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for your product area.
Youll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical or analytical degrees (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics) are a plus but not mandatory
3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably with enterprise solutions and application platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Proven ability to take products from concept through development to successful launch.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and gathering feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly collaborative, with a track record of working effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel, including international trips as needed.
