Job Description

Create and track purchase orders in SAP and ensure timely order placement.

Coordinate with global Saint-Gobain manufacturing sites for intercompany procurement.
Monitor open orders and ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Optimize logistics costs through shipment consolidation and efficient freight planning.
Manage import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, COC, Test Certificates, etc.).
Support inventory planning and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Prepare procurement reports and identify supply risks or delays.
