What You’ll Do

In charge of managing Education relationships; migrating and on-boarding education institutions for Creativity and Productivity (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) offerings, you will have to:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Institutions - IT head
• Validate Education offering eligibility and ensuring customers understand the benefits of paid and free offerings
• Drive a high touch migration process when customers are moving skus
• Define and implement your strategy on Education Institutions & Ministry accounts in a defined Territory / Geography.
• Identify and target key education institutions for new offerings and drive through to onboarding
• Champion and expand existing accounts.
• Grow business through meticulous business management execution
• Coordinate multi-functional team to sign multi-year enterprise agreements / strategic agreements
• Focus on customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
• Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth
• Meet or exceed targets
