Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory):

You will be part of the Process Control Platform (PCP) Sales Enablement Team for our digital platform called Edgenius. We are a global team providing automation and digitalization products to Process Automation customers.

As member of the Sales Enablement Team you will work closely with our internal and external customers to promote and support the use of our digital platform. You will be an important interface toward our customers and will be architecting solutions for customer Use cases, supporting the onboarding of new applications as well as providing technical support and training how to best use Edgenius. You will be part of a team working with innovative edge and cloud computing solutions in a DevOps environment. The product platform we deliver is based on Linux, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies.

You have technical know-how in the mentioned digital technologies, and you are eager to learn more. You are communicative, structured, and thrive in supporting others to succeed. You are driven by results and understand the importance of collaboration with multiple roles to succeed.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore

Your responsibilities :

• Enable our customers to build and onboard applications that create maximum value while using our platform.
• Support sales pursuits by proving platform capabilities through solution architecture and quick PoCs.
• Provide guidance and support in setting up edge and cloud solutions.
• Providing product training on technical level - hands-on extensions development, customizations - both internal and external.
• Be the ambassador for our products and ensure that adaptation is high.
• Present and explain the benefits of the related Products
• Communicate with internal customers daily to ensure their success using our products. 
• Be part of product discovery team to achieve strategic goals of the product and find out product market fit at early stages.
• Collect feedback from customers, structure it and channel it into the R&D teams and Product Management.
  
  

Your background

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, and have several years of experience from software development.
• Your background in software development is preferably within the field of Red Hat Linux and Kubernetes.
• Your previous roles might have been as Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You are communicative, result-oriented, have a structured mindset and thrive in supporting others.
