Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.

Role purpose

  • Lead communications for the Acceleration Centers (xAC) by translating enterprise priorities into cohesive strategies and execution across geographies. Drive alignment, continuity, and consistency of messaging, ensuring xAC priorities, transformation efforts, and positioning are clearly articulated and effectively delivered at scale. Serve as a senior leader responsible for connecting strategy and execution, driving coordination across regions, and enabling a unified approach to engaging stakeholders globally. Key responsibilities
  • Translate enterprise communications strategy into integrated plans and priorities for xAC initiatives and programs
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape communications approaches aligned to enterprise messaging and priorities
  • Lead communications for key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and stakeholder engagement
  • Operationalize enterprise messaging frameworks to drive consistency across geographies and teams
  • Drive alignment and integration across all AC locations around the world

Oversee execution across the team, ensuring high

  • quality delivery while elevating standards and impact
  • Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness, scale, and innovation in communications delivery
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; build capability and strengthen bench
  • Responsible for content strategy and management of AC Team Portal and Global Portal

Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years of experience with a strong track record in strategic communications and enterprise change
  • Proven ability to shape strategy and influence senior leadership in complex, global organizations

Experience Defining Communications Approaches For Large

  • scale transformation or matrixed environments

Strong business acumen and ability to connect communications to organizational outcomes

Demonstrated leadership of multi

  • geo teams and operating models

Comfortable operating at pace, with ambiguity, and at senior-most levels
