Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. • Lead communications for the Acceleration Centers (xAC) by translating enterprise priorities into cohesive strategies and execution across geographies. Drive alignment, continuity, and consistency of messaging, ensuring xAC priorities, transformation efforts, and positioning are clearly articulated and effectively delivered at scale. Serve as a senior leader responsible for connecting strategy and execution, driving coordination across regions, and enabling a unified approach to engaging stakeholders globally. Key responsibilities
• Translate enterprise communications strategy into integrated plans and priorities for xAC initiatives and programs
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape communications approaches aligned to enterprise messaging and priorities
• Lead communications for key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and stakeholder engagement
• Operationalize enterprise messaging frameworks to drive consistency across geographies and teams
• Drive alignment and integration across all AC locations around the world
