About Our Client

Our client is a global MedTech company.

Job Description

Design and establish the end-to-end global Supply Chain Performance Management framework across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
Create KPI hierarchies, governance structures, performance review cadences, management systems, and ways of working from scratch.
Partner with global stakeholders across regions, influencing without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
Act as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead, driving employee engagement, collaboration and site-level leadership presence.
Build scalable systems, processes and operating rhythms to improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

20+ years of relevant experience
Strong exposure across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
Experience designing and deploying supply chain performance management systems, governance frameworks, KPI structures and operating models.
Global stakeholder management experience with exposure to multiple regions and cross-cultural ways of working would be good to have.
