This is a highly visible leadership role partnering with business leaders across Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Government Affairs.

The successful candidate will bring deep manufacturing and operations expertise, a strong understanding of the Indian industrial landscape, and a proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in a global matrix environment.

  • Collaborate with government and regulatory stakeholders to support compliance and business growth.
  • Build and develop a high-performing operations organization capable of supporting TE's future growth ambitions.

  • Considerable years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sourcing, or engineering.
  • Proven success leading manufacturing transformation, localization, supplier development, and large-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes such as stamping, molding, plating, assembly, automation, and tool & die.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within complex global matrix organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Join us and help create the operational platform that will power TE Connectivity's next phase of growth in India.
