Demos – Product Director

Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Director to define the strategy and vision for our demo environments and client walkthrough experiences. This role provides leadership for the Demos Team, ensuring demo capabilities accurately reflect the evolving platform while delivering cohesive, high-quality experiences that communicate value effectively. The Product Director sets direction for how demo environments evolve to support client engagement and platform storytelling.

The Product Director owns prioritization and roadmap planning for demo capabilities, balancing platform changes, technical constraints, and business needs. This role drives alignment across engineering, product, and data teams, manages dependencies, and ensures demo strategy remains current with market trends, customer expectations, and broader business objectives.

Team Overview

The Demos Team plays a critical role in showcasing our platform through high-impact, end-to-end product demonstrations. The team is responsible for building, maintaining, and presenting a test environment that closely mirrors the live production ecosystem. Team members will deliver tailored client walkthroughs that highlight real-world use cases, emerging capabilities, and differentiated value, requiring a balance of technical fluency, storytelling, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for demo environments and client walkthrough experiences
• Ensure demo capabilities accurately reflect platform functionality, use cases, and ongoing evolution
• Prioritize demo initiatives to balance platform changes, technical constraints, and business needs
• Drive cross-team alignment and manage dependencies across Engineering, Product, and Data teams
• Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling demo narratives and experiences
• Monitor market trends and customer expectations to keep demo strategy relevant and differentiated
  
  

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software, platform, or solution leadership roles, with fintech, banking, or complex regulated-industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, engineering, or business); advanced degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and priorities for complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving technical environments
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms and distributed systems, with experience aligning demo or solution environments to multi-tenant, platform-based architectures
• Experience translating customer needs, market trends, and platform capabilities into clear roadmaps and high-impact demonstration experiences
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and external audiences
• High degree of curiosity and initiative, with a track record of staying current on technology trends that influence platform capabilities and customer expectations
