Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Head – Technology to lead end-to-end delivery of tech projects across global clients. This role requires strong technical understanding, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects (web, mobile, platforms, integrations, etc.)

Act as the primary point of contact for global clients on delivery, timelines, and execution

Lead and mentor project managers, developers, and QA teams

Define delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Marketing teams for seamless execution

Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure proactive issue resolution

Support pre-sales efforts with technical inputs, estimations, and solutioning

Travel internationally for client meetings, project kickoffs, and reviews as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in technology delivery / project management

Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies (React, Angular, Node, Java, PHP, cloud platforms, etc.)

Proven experience managing multiple projects and global clients

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models

Strong problem-solving, planning, and leadership abilities

Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally

Nice to Have

Prior experience in a digital agency or IT services company

Exposure to international markets (US, Europe, Middle East)

Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar
